Defense in EOIR removal proceedings — fees follow the relief path below.

Asylum, 42B, or Adjustment of Status relief

(a) to enter, submit evidence, respond to motions and attend all master hearings $4,000

(b) if the case requires a brief and/or an Individual Hearing $3,500

Voluntary Departure

to enter, submit evidence, respond to motions, attend all hearings $3,500

Legal visit at a detention center

Attorney visit with a person held in ICE custody.
